  • Sparkling Wine
  • Ruby red grapefruit juice
  • Mint leaves
  • Raspberries


  • Fill two champagne flutes ⅔ full each with dry sparkling wine or soda water. Top with ruby red grapefruit juice.
  • Garnish with mint leaves. Float 1–2 raspberries on top.
  • Serve immediately. Refrigerate any leftovers.
