Vermont Creamery® Bonne Bouche Ash-Ripened Goat Cheese
Handcrafted by our dedicated cheesemakers with fresh goats’ milk from family farms in Vermont and Canada. French for "a good mouthful," bonne bouche is a hand-ladled cheese. Sprinkled with poplar wood ash, the cheese is aged for 10 days at our creamery.
