All the wines are non-GMO, gluten-free and bottled in eco-friendly packaging. The grapes are 60% sourced from the Lodi region and 40% from the Monterey Coast. The wine was aged in American (30%) and French (70%) oak to add texture and roundness. Pair this red wine with lamb, pork and grilled salmon.
