Sugardale has been sugar-curing and smoking hams with natural hickory hardwood in the USA since our very beginning in 1920. All Sugardale products are gluten free and free of the Big-9 allergenic foods, including milk, eggs, fish, crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soybean, and sesame.
