Product Information
Ruffino Riserva Ducale Chianti Classico Red Wine is an iconic red wine blend named in tribute to the Duke of Aosta, who made Ruffino wine the royal supplier. This full-bodied Chianti wine opens with an elegant bouquet of violets, cherries, wild berries, and plums, followed by tobacco, clove, and eucalyptus nuances. The structure is bold, and the palate is balanced with delicate tannins and vibrant acidity. Riserva Ducale is made with carefully selected grapes that are fermented and macerated in stainless steel vats. The wine is then aged for 24 months in stainless steel vats and large oak casks. For the best flavor, store at room temperature, and then chill for 30 to 60 minutes before serving. This Italian red wine makes an excellent pairing with mushroom risotto or chicken cacciatore.
