    Riva De La Rosa Gavi Italian White Wine DOCG is crafted from the Cortese grape cultivated in the hills of Terre del Gavi nestled amidst the Apennine Mountains in the southeastern part of the Alessandria province. To make their Gavi, they soft crush the grapes followed by a controlled fermentation at 62-65˚ F in stainless steel tanks creating a balanced wine, with floral and vibrant citrus notes.
