Kikkoman panko style coating is gluten-free using rice flour and pea protein instead of wheat to give it a satisfying crunch like traditional panko bread crumbs. One 8 oz box of our panko is kosher and unseasoned so it's an excellent coating for any fried food including seafood poultry or vegetables.
