Once we have your info, we’ll see if we can find a study that’s a good match for you. If we do, we’ll reach out via email or phone call. At this time, we’ll also fill you in on the study specifics and how you’ll be compensated. Many of our studies can be done from your home through your computer or mobile device. Remember, even if we match you with a study you can always decline to participate if you’re not interested.

Safety is our first priority, and we will follow best practices to protect everyone’s health. Until it is safe to do so, we will be holding our research studies with customers remotely, primarily through video conferencing tools.

No. We love to hear feedback from both current customers and people who have never shopped with us.

You will be compensated immediately after you finish the study. For longer-term studies this may vary.

Not a problem! Many of our studies can be conducted remotely via phone or video calls.

Yes! Your feedback is exceptionally valuable, as we aim to make our online and in-store experiences accessible for everyone. If you have questions about how we accommodate for disabilities, please email UserResearch@kroger.com.

No. We will only send you emails regarding study participation, and your information will be protected and kept private.

You can do so at any time. To opt out please send an email to UserResearch@kroger.com specifying that you no longer wish to participate in our studies.

You'll receive a confirmation email after signing up, but from this point on we'll only contact you if you're a fit for an upcoming study.

Declining one study does not exclude you from future participation. The only way we'll count you out is if you tell us you'd no longer like to participate in future studies.

Typically, studies last about 30-60 minutes, depending upon the type. There are exceptions for long-term studies, but you'll know the approximate length before you accept an invitation to join a study.
