Return Policy Update

Effective July 13, 2020, all Kroger Family of Stores can accept returns of items purchased at any Kroger Company Family of St ores location within a 14 day window of purchase. View Policy.

Facial Coverings Now Required In-Store

As an employer, grocery provider and community partner, we have a responsibility to help keep our associates, customers and communities safe. According to the CDC, wearing a facial covering, combined with social distancing and frequent hand washing, has been scientifically proven to reduce the spread of COVID-19. Starting July 22, we will require all customers in all locations to wear a mask when shopping in our stores, joining our associates who continue to wear masks. We are taking this extra step now because we recognize additional precautions are needed to protect our country. Learn More.

Customer Capacity Limits

To further encourage physical distancing, we are limiting the number of people in our stores at a time to 50% or more of the building code’s calculated capacity. QueVision, our industry-leading technology system that uses sensors and predictive analytics, helps us to monitor and maintain safe traffic flow in and out of our stores. Enhanced Cleaning Procedures

Our stores are cleaning commonly used areas more often, including cashier stations, self-checkouts, credit card terminals, conveyor belts and food service counters, and cleaning shelves when restocking products.

Protective Barriers

We’re installing protective barriers at check lanes and Pharmacy counters (as well as The Little Clinic and Starbucks) to protect both customers and associates.

Social Distancing

As part of our efforts to keep you safe and to encourage social distancing, you may notice signage and floor markers at some locations that encourage proper physical distance between associates and customers.

Free Pickup

To accommodate for increased demand, we’ve expanded the timeslots available to our Pickup customers. We’ve also waived our Pickup fee nationwide (a value of $4.95) to provide additional value to customers choosing this no-contact option.

SNAP EBT Payment Option for Pickup

As part of our Fresh for Everyone commitment, we now accept SNAP EBT payments for our low-contact Pickup service at all Pickup locations.
