Vaccination is an effective strategy to lessen the incidence of COVID-19 infections, especially those that cause severe illness, hospitalization and death. Our Available COVID-19 Testing Services
COVID-19 testing is important to identify those who might have the virus and thus prevent continued spread, as well as to offer appropriate monitoring and treatments. COVID-19 testing completed in our clinics will be offered according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines.
The CDC recommends that anyone with any signs or symptoms of COVID-19 get tested, regardless of vaccination status or prior infection. For the continued safety of our patients, staff and store customers, purchasing an at-home test kit or scheduling an appointment is highly recommended. This is especially recommended for patients currently exhibiting any COVID-19 symptoms. Information provided during the appointment process will help our staff determine the best and safest process for treatment. Walk-ins are allowed but will be required to wear a face covering and to practice social distancing guidelines during the visit.

The QuickVue At-Home OTC COVID-19 Test is a serial rapid antigen test that allows you to perform sample collection at home and receive results within 10 minutes.Over the Counter (OTC) COVID-19 Test Virtual Observation
This service includes a Virtual Visit with a healthcare provider to observe completion of an OTC COVID-19 home test and provide supporting documentation that the test was completed and verify results.

Viral Test*
The viral diagnostic test is used to detect an active infection. This test may be offered to you if you have symptoms of COVID-19 or have been knowingly exposed to the virus. This test may also be provided if required by your travel partner or by your healthcare provider pre-surgery.

Rapid Antigen Test*
The Rapid Antigen Test is a viral diagnostic test used to detect an active infection. This test may be offered to you if you have symptoms of COVID-19 or have been knowingly exposed to the virus.

Rapid Antibody Test*
Rapid Antibody Tests detect a past infection. You should select this test to find out if you have antibodies from an infection that was more than four weeks ago. This test does not detect active infection.

Antibody Blood Test*
The Antibody Blood Test is a send-away antibody test used to detect a past infection. You should select this test to find out if you have antibodies from a previous infection (more than four weeks ago). If you’re currently experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, please schedule a diagnostic test (Viral Test or Rapid Antigen Test), both of which are detailed above.

For individuals age 5-15 years old, this product has not been approved or licensed by FDA, but has been authorized for emergency use by FDA, under an EUA to prevent Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19). The emergency use of this product is only authorized for the duration of the declaration that circumstances exist justifying the authorization of emergency use of the medical product under Section 564(b)(1) of the FD&C Act unless the declaration is terminated or authorization revoked sooner.

The molecular, antigen, and antibody (collectively, “Tests”) have not been FDA cleared or approved;
All Tests have been authorized by FDA under EUAs for use by authorized laboratories or are CLIA-waived tests;
The molecular tests have been authorized only for the detection of nucleic acid from SARS-CoV-2, not for any other viruses or pathogens;
The antigen tests have been authorized only for the detection of proteins from SARS-CoV-2, not for any other viruses or pathogens;
The antibody tests have been authorized only for the presence of IgM and IgG antibodies against SARS-CoV-2, not for any other viruses or pathogens; and,
Tests are only authorized for the duration of the declaration that circumstances exist justifying the authorization of emergency use of in vitro diagnostics for detection and/or diagnosis of COVID-19 under Section 564(b)(1) of the Act, 21 U.S.C. § 360bbb-3(b)(1), unless the authorization is terminated or revoked sooner.
