The Little Clinic is dedicated to providing easy, affordable healthcare to help you live a healthier life. With locations inside your local grocery store, our board-certified nurse practitioners and physician assistants are here to treat a wide range of health concerns for patients ages 12 months and up.
The Little Clinic has more than 220 locations, conveniently found inside select Kroger, Fry’s, Jay C, Dillons and King Soopers stores across Ohio, Kansas, Kentucky, Tennessee, Arizona, Georgia, Indiana, and Colorado. We also provide virtual care visits to patients located anywhere in Ohio, Kansas, Kentucky, Tennessee, Arizona, Georgia, Indiana, Virginia or Colorado.
We’re here when you need us, with convenient hours seven days a week.
Clinic Hours:
Monday-Friday: 8:30 a.m. – 7:30 p.m.
Lunch break: 1:30 p.m. – 2:15 p.m.
Saturday: 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Lunch break: 1:30 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Sunday: 9:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Lunch break: 12:30 p.m. – 1:00 p.m.
Costs may vary based on the level of care you need. More complex concerns may require additional testing or services. If lab work is sent to a third-party lab, you’ll receive a separate bill directly from them. View The Little Clinic service price list.

The Little Clinic is staffed by licensed, board-certified nurse practitioners and physician assistants. Our providers are qualified to diagnose and treat common illnesses and minor injuries, prescribe medications, perform physical exams and screenings, order and interpret tests as well as provide preventive care and vaccinations. They also work closely with collaborating physicians to ensure you receive high-quality care.
Yes, our providers can prescribe medications when necessary. However, The Little Clinic does not prescribe narcotics or other controlled substances.

No-show policy and pricing updates
No-show policy - Failure to modify or cancel an appointment before the scheduled appointment time will incur a $20 “no-show” fee. Appointments can be modified or cancelled using the “Modify My Appointment” link in your appointment confirmation email or by calling 888–852–2567. *Medicaid recipients are excluded from the $20 “no-show” fee. *Pricing update - Office visit pricing starts at $99. We continue to accept most insurance plans for the services we provide.
