Up the Mediterranean flair with this breezy layered snack.

Ingredients:

  • Hummus
  • Plain greek yogurt
  • Diced tomato
  • Diced red onion
  • Diced cucumber
  • Feta crumbles
  • Pitted, chopped kalamata olives
  • Chopped, fresh parsley
  • Olive oil
  • Pine nuts
  • Pita chips

How-To:

  1. Spread your favorite variety of ready-made hummus on a serving platter.
  2. Top with plain greek yogurt.
  3. In a small bowl, combine tomato, red onion and cucumber. Evenly spread mixture overtop yogurt.
  4. Then, add feta and olives.
  5. Finish with a sprinkle of parsley and a drizzle of olive oil.
  6. Finally, add some pine nuts for extra crunch.
  7. Serve with pita chips and refrigerate any leftovers.
