Outstanding M/WBE Vendor Recognition Program

Kroger recognized 81 MBE/WBE vendors in 2005 as Outstanding M/WBE Vendors. We believe this recognition will help express our appreciation to our outstanding M/WBE business partners, build greater awareness of the mutual benefits of these business relationships and inform other M/WBE companies that Kroger is continually seeking qualified M/WBE vendors for all areas of our business.

Outstanding M/WBEs were selected based upon:
    •2004 volume/sales to Kroger
    •Quality of product or service provided
    •Innovation, presentation of new ideas
    •Performance
    •Ability/willingness to react quickly to changes
    •Promotional support (where applicable)
