How do I use the Fry’s Gift Card?
The Fry’s Gift Card is simple to use. The customer swipes it through the register and the amount of your purchase is deducted from the card. You can use it to buy merchandise at any Fry’s Food Store, Fry’s Marketplace, Fred Meyer Jewelers, and any Kroger owned store in the U.S. Only 1 Gift Card can be used per transaction at Fuel Centers.

Can anyone use my Fry’s Gift Card?
Yes. Because your name does not appear on the card, you may use it yourself or give it to anyone you choose.

Can I add more money to a Fry’s Gift Card? Do I need to have that Gift Card in my possession to add value?
You can add value to a Gift Card at any Fry’s store (but you do need the Gift card in your possession). Simply hand the Gift Card to a cashier and tell them how much money you want to add to it. Gift cards can carry a maximum of $500.

What happens when all the card value is used? Should I throw the card away?
Once your card reaches a zero balance, you can load more dollar value onto your Fry’s Gift Card by going to a store and asking a cashier to do so. You may also want to keep the card for merchandise returns. When you return merchandise over $5 without a receipt to a Fry’s, We will add the value of your returned merchandise to your card. If a Gift Card has no balance for longer than 90 days, the card will become inactive and a dollar value can no longer be loaded onto the card. At that time, you should dispose of the card.

Does the Fry’s Gift Card ever expire?
No, but cards can become inactive. If a card has a zero balance for longer than 90 days, the card will become inactive and dollar value can no longer be loaded to the card.
